I needed an emergency repair due to a vehicle damaging our garage around 9:30 pm and having two vehicles stuck inside, CORE Garage was the only 24 hour company that accepted the job with a 45 minute response time.  Michael showed up and performed a thorough assessment of the damages and came up with a repair plan that restored our garage door back to functioning as expected.  He was very safety conscious and made sure he protected the vehicles inside from damage during the repair.  Michael’s customer service,  professionalism and passion was extremely helpful dealing with a garage repair at such a late hour.  Once the work was completed, Michael showed me some things about my garage mechanics that I was not aware of such as how he balanced the door and using & setting the quick release.  I also appreciate the year labor and parts warranty that comes with the repair. Well, once you all arrive to my home, all was very professional & definitely extremely knowledgeable about what to do, and what needed to be done.  I only wish you had been more honest & transparent about arrival times and the acquisition of the actual garage door.  We discussed that you would “pick up” the door on possibly Friday or Monday.. so that you could arrive at my house “bright & early” on Tuesday.  Well, so much for “bright & early.”  I think you made it there around 11:00.  When I figured out that there was definitely going to be a timing issue…I had to call work, and inform them that I would not make it at all.  I do appreciate all of your efforts.  And THAT was my only concern/issue.
